Bartlett Plastics has been in the plastic injection business
since 1984 and presently uses 6 injection machines ranging from 90 - 610 tons,
with shot sizes ranging from 4-1/2 up to 60 ounces.
The injection process is backed up with a full range of material dryers,water,and
processing equipment for hot & chilled molds as well as hot runner capabilities.

All 6 injection machines are equipped
with fully computerized controls.

Some materials used: Polyethylene,Polypropylene,
Polystyrene,ABS,ABC-PC alloys,Nylon, Polycarbonate,
Polyester,Polyurethane and a wide range of thermoplastic
elastomers. Many of these materials are run with special
additives (U.V.,FR.,coupling agents,extenders,etc.).

The Plastics Department runs a minimum of 3 - 8 hr shifts, 5 days a week.
